From their description, "We are currently sourcing candidates for a client’s Midland operations. Housing is not provided so candidates should be local enough to reliably get to work on time daily. Client is looking to meet with select candidates next week at a date to be determined. Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to employment. Previous Workover/Plug & Abandonment experience preferred. Consistent work ethic and attitude required."

Pay ranges from $14-$25+/hr DOE & position.
