Western Falcon is growing and currently seeking Sales Representatives for direct hire opportunities in the area of Williston, ND and all of North Dakota to both grow existing accounts and build new account relationships. We are seeking motivated individuals who will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts that purchase our Polyethylene liner or engineered thermoplastic lined tubing. Successful candidates will execute the action plans aligned with the company growth objectives and strategy, maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assists in detecting and developing opportunities in order to enhance the company’s positioning and ensures the achievement of company objectives exploring opportunities to serve customer needs,
Assist to maximize sales opportunities by meeting sales volume objectives, identifying and solving the problems affecting sales or distribution of the products.
Supports short-term objectives, tactical moves and operating plans for future development at a regional / account level; follows up on new leads and referrals and identifies sales prospects.
Facilitates the Customer’s Request for Quotation (RFQ) and sources information from Knowledge Centers (Product, Delivery, Logistics, Pricing, Costs, Legal, Credit) whenever necessary.
Supports Forecasting and Demand Planning analysis and decision by documenting customer’s information.
Coordinates with other areas such as Marketing and Supply Chain, for the execution of defined marketing strategies and regional plans providing inputs to market intelligence activities.
Assists in establishing and developing close relationships with customers
Complies with company policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG)
5 + years Sales and/or Engineers with End User Experience in OCTG
Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Passionate about selling.
Strong team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $65,000 or higher depending on experience and qualifications
